"Our flight was delayed, but the driver came shottly after we had picked up our luggage. Friendly driver on a nice and clean car. The return went also well. My only complaint is that three of the seats in the Merceds Vita are facing the wrong way. This is not very plesant on tiny country roads."

"Disaster. After confirming the size of the car, and the number of passengers many times, the vehicle that arrived was too small, and one of the passengers had to take a train (£150 for the ticket, 1 hour to the station, 3 hours on the train, another hour to get home). To say we are upset is an UNDERSTATEMENT.
The driver insisted it was our error and that he was being inconvenienced; and in the chaos of complaints and recriminations, not all of the luggage was loaded into the car and my husband had to carry 3 heavy bags (no wheels) on the train.
The car was lovely and clean, it's just a shame that we didn't fit into it, and that the company did nothing to help. Definitely AVOID."
